Snoo

Snoo is Reddit's alien, sketched by cofounder Alexis Ohanian in a college notebook before the site existed. White body, one antenna, dot eyes, permanently mid-greeting. The name is a leftover from the original plan to call the site S'new, as in what's new. Deliberately genderless and colorless so every community could redraw it as their own, which thousands of subreddits did, making Snoo one of the most remixed mascots on the internet by design.
